Beth Proctor Kellan is native to the Northwest as well as to Real Estate. She started working in Real Estate offices as early at the age of 13 in her hometown, Bellevue, Washington.

History and Experience
With both parents in the Real Estate business (her dad a Principal Broker, her mom a Broker), Beth truly considers Real Estate “A Family Affair!” After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, she decided the Beaver State was the place to call home.

Beth was licensed in Washington in 2000 and then in Oregon at the beginning of 2006. Beth prides herself on learning from the best and always strives to be the best agent for her clients. Her customer service is exceptional as is her work ethic and thirst for knowledge.  She has recently been nominated to the Windermere Leadership council advisory board.

Volunteer Activities & Special Interests
When Beth is not selling Real Estate, she can be found paddling on the river in a dragon boat or Outrigger canoe, climbing a wall at the rock gym, skiing (either on a mountain or water, depending on the season), running with her dog Frank, or perhaps enjoying a wonderful meal with Pete.  Beth lives in SW Portland with her husband Pete, son Maxwell, daughter Elise and their Labrador Frank.

“Extremely knowledgeable: I would recommend her to any of my friends.  Beth understands the neighborhoods and schools which is essential in buying a house, she had to work tirelessly to find us a house! Great job!”

“Beth was fantastic!  She was so patient with us in the down market.  When we bought our house, she ran a marathon for us.  4 offers in three weeks!”

“We had such a great experience with Beth.  She made every step very simple and was always available.  We loved our experience with her!”

“Beth was refreshing to work with!  She always had our best interests in mind.  Would use her again in a heartbeat!”

“Did we mention how great Beth is?  We love our new house and are so thankful for the part she played in getting us to this point.”

“We couldn’t imagine working with anyone better than Beth!  We’ve already recommended her to other friends.”

“She was incredibly supportive and I felt I could trust her completely.  Since I was buying alone it felt very comforting to have her as an ally.”
